how did they break in???
to cover up the free key thing,they start an agenda.
this usually happens at eleven curfew.
on a bingo night.
after many calls to the police department about their
illegal activities after hours.
1. stolen phone number.
2.vinegar and flour incident.
3. remote access code stolen.
4. they went into my hard drive.
5. talking to my doorway while i was trying to sleep.
6. using my apartment as if.
7. using my name, a form of name stalking.
8. re-programmed my phone for remote access.
9. used my apartment for illecit sex activities.
10. cell phone stalking in the greater racine area through
net work of past vets.
11. threatening remarks to my door.
12. returning to the scene of the crime.
13. the place smells like well....
it is probably #210 and #205. stalking me from a data base,
and covering up with an agenda.
up to ten people involved on a phone ine,etc.
anyways,that is not the end,folks.

#210 stalks at the top of the hours and the down swing.
goes aback and forth many times a day. and also after hours.
never goes out. the place smells like kraut.
systematic scam goes back two or three years,
re creates history over ten years ago.
speaks fluent german.
reflects what used to do, says it back o my door.
starts by saying,"try me..."
general krotchky or kratzz.
calls the management using my name, requests extra key to plan
break in, studies me on house tv.
his staking behavior is about greed, power, and control.
he has a political obsession.
he has a reputation among vets as a"gang banger,"
he has stalked me once at the bank,
once at the coffee shop,
and he encouragess his daughter to stalk as well.
